Cancellation Policy: (U.S. Dollars)
• Up to 30 days prior to arrival = $100 fee;
• 15 - 29 days prior to arrival = $250 fee;
• 0 - 14 days prior to arrival = 4 nights rental charge
• Special Christmas Cancellation Policy (applicable to all arrivals during the period 12/16 - 1/5):
• Prior to Nov 1 - $200.00 fee;
• Nov 1 thru Nov 30 - $250.00 fee;
• After Nov 30 and Early Departures: no refunds, no exceptions
All rates are subject to current Hawaii State and Transient/Accommodation Tax (12.42% effective July 1, 2009; 13.42% effective July 1, 2010)
Reservations must be secured by a $350.00 U.S. Dollars deposit.
A $500.00 damage deposit will be required upon arrival; this can be secured by cash, travelers checks or valid credit card.
Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrivals 12/15 to 1/3.
Penalties applies if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (After 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
4 night minimum. 7 night minimum during Christmas Dec 21, 2009 - Jan 3, 2010.
Check out cleaning only. Daily cleaning available at additional charge.
This unit requires at least one occupant 21 years or older.
Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults.
Rates based on quadruple occupancy and are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Extra person (over age 17) beyond quadruple occupancy: $12.00 each day.
Check-in time: after 3 PM. Check-out time: by 11 AM.
Rates subject to change without notice unless reservation deposit has been received.
Only Visa and Mastercard is accepted.
